Minecraft: Turning a Zombie Mob Spawner into a Villager Spawner
Another Pro Tip here for you. Instead of cheating in villagers with spawn eggs, here's a way to get them by essentially converting a zombie mob spawner into a villager spawner using Redstone lamps, potions of weakness, and golden apples.
1. Isolate the dungeon so you can safely camp out and then transport villagers once you've cured them.
2. Create a redstone circuit to light up the spawner on command.
3. Let the spawner spawn zombies and when a villager one pops out, deactivate the spawner using redstone lamps and circuitry.
4. Cure the villager and safely transport him into a village so you can trade with them.
