So we have a game mode for UHC called "The Infection". In this hardcore mode one player is "immune" and the others are all infected. The infected players take a heart of damage every 10 minutes. The only way to become immune is to kill the immune player. This can be aided by using a compass which automatically tracks the immune player when right clicked.
