Tutorial on how to mod Minecraft for the Xbox One in 2016, it is possible to USB mod Minecraft for the Xbox one but does require you to have the Xbox 360 version of the game too as explained in the video.

All you need to do is move modded world onto USB and plug it into your Xbox 360, boot up Minecraft and upload your world which will then allow you to play the world on the Xbox One version.
