Mini Guns is a real time strategy game (RTS) that uses modern military equipment. The core game is multiplayer, so an internet connection is required.
The game experience starts of well with a very straight forward tutorial on how to play the game.
Units are "purchases" used Action Points, which each unit having it's own action point price. More action points are built over time at a rate of 24/minute. But the more units you have in play, the less points you build.
Action points are also dropped off in a supply box on the top and bottom of the screen every 30 seconds or so. You need to battle your opponent to win the points.
There are several units the game starts with, many more can be unlocked, and all units can be upgraded.
Overall this game gets 4.5/5 starts - worth playing!
