I can't believe this works. This saves like 35-40 seconds.
I'll attempt to make a tutorial at some point but jesus this is hard to learn.

If you slideglitch the elevator button from outside after pressing the button that opens the door, the elevator door will stay open while going up. When the elevator stops moving, it unloads the previous room, and then loads the elevator shaft.
I slowly step sideways off the elevator at a certain point while moving up. When I step off I turn the camera slightly to the right and press W. When I start falling down I pause, then it unloads the previous room. I unpause and pause again quickly and it will load the elevator shaft. Now I land on a small ledge in the shaft and walk off to where the ladder is.
You can't jump or climb in this state so I kill myself and spawn at the ladder checkpoint.
