I've had good luck using RE-AOL16 on MiSTer A0486 Win3.11, Win95, WinMe, and NT4.
RE-AOL32 works on Win10 and Win11 in Windows95 compatibility mode.

Update: I found video drivers that work on Windows Me running on MiSTer's ao486 core.
Update2: These drivers appear to eventually cause a BSD. :(
