Having played both now, I have to say the original Turbografx-16/PC Engine version is better. It has a bigger play area on the screen and the ball physics are superior. This version has some bonus rooms I don't recall seeing in the TGFX version, and solid renditions of the memorable soundtrack of the original, with nice colorful graphics as well. There is also a US/EU release of this called Dragon's Fury. It's censored, but has an options menu that this JP release lacks, allowing control customization, a music player, and a cheat for auto-tilt.
