Donkey Kong Arcade core ported to the MiSTer FPGA by Sorgelig

Another fantastic classic arcade game ported to MiSTer.
Thank you Sorgelig.

* In this build, the game starts with six lives instead of the default three lives.
* I just noticed there's a bit of a blank screen from selecting DK from MiSTer menu and when the game displays on the screen. This is just my capture device catching sync.
