Pacman Plus After Dark is a hack of Pucman
This hack seems to work with the MiSTer's version of Pac-Man. You just need to Inject the hacked ROM into the RBF.

Utility for injecting boot.rom into RBF file.
Useful to make a core with alternative boot ROM.
