Well... after seeing JordanoDaMano fighting a nerfed edit of Sephiroth in his Kung Fu Man initiation, it occured to me that I should try to take on one more of Gulthor's trio.

I decided to fight Himan Zellode. Sadly, I couldn't beat him with Kung Fu Man (though, I DID get close once due to time out, but his health percentage was higher, and he won instead).

I had to use Misuzu_M for this.

I feel I did a great job with this match. Although some spam is used, I DID use a considerable amount of my moves. All in an effort to take down the potent force of Zellode.

Himan Zellode:

By most standards, he's considered a "classic" cheap character, infamous for possessing a vast amount of cheap traits. some of which have become "mainstream" for most cheap characters today

Pros:

- High Base Stats: 2000 health, 220 Defense, 70 Attack
- Has a powering up move that regenerates health and power
- Ability to fly (Gao... Misuzu is envious)
- High priority
- Most moves are custom states, making them impossible to burst out of
- Teleports that freeze time during the teleport
- Running forward is a damaging attack
- "Fake Combos" (ALERT: NEW MUGEN VOCABULARY WORD! See bottom for definition)
- Has no get hit collisions in some stunned states
- Unavoidable Instant Knock Outs (One can be guarded however, but deals high chip damage)
- Homing projectiles
- Long range projectiles
- Misaligned Sprites (Makes him harder to hit at times)
- A spinning Balerina move that ends in a huge combo
- Can fly above grounded character jumping range
- Gains a lot of power from attacking, even if it doesn't hit
- Aside from his Instant Knock Outs, some other moves of his are unavoidable
- Possible infinites
- Guard restricted attacks (most of his attacks can't be guarded while aerial)
- Specials and supers have little or no start up time.
- Instant Knock Out Desperation attack that is automatically used.

Cons:
- Weak overall Melee combat due to:
- High start up time
- High Recovery time
- Despite the fact that he can fly, he has a huge disadvantage while in mid-air (His inability to defend against attacks under him)
- Relatively passive and weak AI (sometimes even takes time to taunt you)
- Many of his attacks, when dodged, leave him wide open until the attack ends.

The Artificial Intelligence:
It's weak... VERY weak, but his Pros greatly make up for it. Himan Zellode's AI is partially custom coded, but it also depends on the Mugen Engine's AI as well. This makes his AI overall weak, but it can also make him unpredictable. He's passive to the point where it is possible to get a 99 second time out on him with a normal, balanced character. It's possible to beat him with normal characters Via time out (I've confirmed this in a failed attempt using Kung Fu Man). His low start up supers help make him harder to predict. His AI very rarely guards, but sometimes, chip damage can do more than normal damage due to his high defense stats. Sometimes, Zellode will use his power up move. This cannot be stopped, but you can take advantage of the time it takes to finish doing it if you have something to power yourself up with. He can't use this move if he has full power, so as ironic as it may seem, you'll want to avoid him using any supers (Unless you're trying to win with a KO, in which doing so will require him to not have access to his instant knock outs. Otherwise, when he's low in health, he will more likely use them). Using custom states or high damage single hit attacks are an important factor, as Himan is difficult to combo or damage otherwise. Overall, if you have the right tools to fight him, he should be relatively easy.

I refused to use Misuzu_M's Instant Knock out, so I had to find another way to win. The solution: Aozora. This move can be used by normal Misuzu, but only if she has 3 super bars and is at 1/3 of her health, however, Misuzu_M's sword and sheild modes disregard the health requirement. Just like in EFZ, this move ignores all damage scaling (or dampening as most call it), as well as health amount and defense, and will ALWAYS deal 50% of the opponent's maximum health. With this move, if someone can somehow get Himan's health to half, they can defeat him with NORMAL Misuzu, however, I might never attempt it myself. Using this move was extremely important to defeating Himan Zellode.

Unfortunately, on the first round, I don't manage to KO him, however, on the second round, I finally get a well worked for Knock Out on him...

Also, definition for "Fake Combos". This is a term I use to define combos which automatically perform themselves as long as the first hit connect. Tetsu has one of this, but it's a special move. However, Himan's normal attacks have this feature.
