This is the story of Kaoru Mitoma. The japanese is one of the most exciting players in the Premier League. He plays at Brighton but back in 2016 he rejected a professional contract from J-League giants Kawasaki Frontale to attend the university in Tokyo.

He finally signed for Kawasaki Frontale in the 2018-2019 season, and it was worth the wait, making the J-League Team of the Season and the title.

A few years later, Japan qualified to the 2022 World Cup thanks to a Mitoma goal against Australia, and he was the player to score the winning goal against Spain in the groups stage in Qatar.

Since coming back from the World Cup, the Japanese has been smashing it for Brighton in the Premier League.
