I was a part of the Mixer community back when it was called Beam. At that time it has life, community driven, and we saw so much potential with the platform. When Microsoft acquired it we were worried but optimistic. Mixer brought in some great features like skills, sparks, embers, lightstream streaming app for those streaming on console, and more. However it took a dark turn which led to layoffs, trying to buy talent and their communities vs proper advertising and making the platform stable, etc. Now its officially over and its hard to swallow as many streamers put their heart and soul into the platform. So lets talk about it. Are you a mixer streamer? Will you go Facebook, YouTube or Twitch?
