Axel tells Londo Bell everything he knows - about the Shadow Mirrors, the alternate timeline he hails from, the works. BTW apologies for the absolute nothing that happens in this video. When A Portable gives you a big pool of terrain you can take advantage of to fend off the hordes of dense mooks, you damn well take it.
