This code allows switching controllers during races without confirmation dialog ("Controller has changed, please restore original controls") also bypassing the restriction that you can't switch.

I switched between the Wheel, Nunchuk and the Classic Controller in this single race. Working anywhere.

The controller which is used to finish will be the one registered as what you used if playing time trials.

Online it's yet quite unknown. Probably the controller you start the race with.

You should've noticed that I also used the hacked items counter. Oh well, some n00b was hacking items stealthly. Probably this Rosalina who kept winning. Or Bowser?

It may be a coding mistake. The detection is only beta after all. :/
