This is for folks who like to pick the same vehicle, track etc. even after booting the game. This sets your cursor to whatever you want for quicker selections. You run "Bowser Bike or want some track all the time? Great, set it as your default in the selection. It will always jump back to it when you enter that menu. Remember that a track requires the correct cup and track selection code in order to be a "2 click" selection like I did with "Bowser´s Castle".
