9On block - get F33 chain (-6 on block)
On hit - get DB2 (flip kick) into combo
The concept is that using a different directional input after the special will nullify canceling into it. Also, the special cancel window on hit is earlier while on block it is later. This means that if you do the special cancel early, then nullify it a little later w/ good timing, you can make your character only special cancel on hit and not on block.
