Highlights:
- The revamped Bruno will be available on 20th August 2019.
- Dyrroth's Orochi Chris skin will be available from 22nd August 2019 to 18th September 2019.
- Odette's Zodiac skin, Virgo, will be available on 23rd August 2019 (according to the zodiac calendar).
- Guinevere's Starlight Skin will be available on 1st September 2019.
- Lylia, X.Borg, Kaja, Chou and Bruno nerfed.
- Season 13 will end on 20th September 2019.

Upcoming event:
- The KOF collaboration event will be returning soon.

Rare Skin Fragment Shop Changes:
- Layla's Starlight skin will be unavailable on 10th September 2019 and will be replaced by Akai's Starlight skin on the said date.

Changes for the Hero Fragment Shop:
- Clint will be unavailable on 20th August 2019 and will be replaced by Aurora.
- Badang will be unavailable on 23rd August 2019 and will be replaced by Odette.
- Chou will be unavailable on 1st September 2019 and will be replaced by Guinevere.
- Zhask will be unavailable on 3rd September 2019 and will be replaced by Granger.
- Uranus will be unavailable on 7th September 2019 and will be replaced by Leomord.
- Belerick will be unavailable on 11th September and will be replaced by Kadita.
