A youtuber Bigal, who I followed told a story how one of his friend lost a job opportunity because another youtuber did a parody video on a anime promotional video, the video tells the story.
Once again, I give my thoughts on fair use, however there will be some people who don't agree what the narrative of the concept.

Parody: To make some thing different from it's original.
Commentary: To give information on the subject.
Criticism: Reviewing the subject on-hand.
and should never do it for business and give credit where its due.
