*Before I start giving my thoughts on some ppl reaction being negative-aggressive on Minecraft Steve in Smash, you have the right how you feel about him, but just be mindfulness and try not to sound like being condensing, smart alec, or being aggressive. Keep in mind that there are many ppl who are Minecraft fans of all ages, yes mostly kids, but other age groups do play the game as well.
What I give my thoughts on is being critical on some Youtubers on their reaction of Minecraft Steve, how they may sound, condensing, smart alec, or being aggressive (even so I know they didn't). Note that I don't have any problem on the Youtubers I'm being critical on, I actually follow them, it's just on their particular videos on Minecraft Steve, it sounded questionable.

Not really surprising, it's almost the same reaction as mine, but the minor problem was after the reveal, even so he wasn't, it sounded condescending, there is a reason there were more than 2000 dislike on that video. The one mistake I agree with Bigal is "the mascot of children", which also can be classified with Mario, Sonic, and MEGAMAN, just saying.

However, props to Miles923 on his clarification follow-up, it seems he had some sort of history with Minecraft.

I'm surprised (and disappointed) how he reacted to Minecraft Steve, the gist of it is, he went from disappointed to aggression, to a point calling out the Minecraft community in a negative impact. It was so bad that the dislike got to more than 4000.

Again, you have your right to express your opinion whether putting in Minecraft Steven in Smash is good or bad, just try to have an open mind on the situation.
