Next up is Matangi! I absolutely fell in love with this character when first seeing her design by Danny Arriaga and I’m super grateful I got to work on her. I also really loved seeing her personality come to life when the animators got their hands on her! Here is the original maquette model I did for Matangi plus some images from the movie as well as promotional content. All other aspects of this character were done by the talented team at Disney Animation!
