I'm not sure if this fight is glitched or not, but I haven't seen any paradigm shifts so far. This fight is easy without even a defender if you can pull off the first turn break.

To do this your breaker will need a top tier build similar to what we used for sephiroth mp. You will probably want around 3k break power and 4-5 JCR breaking with Ninja, assassin HOF MM, or newer jobs such as Sazh and Cait Sith.

Attackers will need decent dark elemental damage and shift/force

Support will want life shift followed by kotr, tyro, undying.

Defenders are arguably not necessary, and removing Lightning's berserk buff too soon can result in less overall damage.
