Mockingjay edges out Krampus to win weekend box office - Collider
38It’s Monday which means it’s time for our weekend box office report brought to you by our friends at AMC Theatres. It was an incredibly tight race as only 3 million dollars separated first place from 4th place. Coming in at #1 for the third week in a row is the final installment of the Hunger Games franchise THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 2 making $18.6 million. In 2nd place is the new holiday horror film KRAMPUS making $16 million dollars. Coming in 3rd is latest Rocky film CREED taking in $15.54 million. Dropping down to the #4 spot is Pixar’s THE GOOD DINOSAUR with $15.51 million… and rounding out the top 5 is the James Bond film SPECTRE, bringing in $5.4 million, bringing its worldwide total up to almost $800 million dollars.
