In today’s video, we’re going to install an AIO backlight TFT LCD kit for the SNK Neo Geo Pocket Color (NGPC). This kit was designed for the original NGPC and not the Slim version of the console. The NGPC was a short-lived handheld as it was not able to compete against the Gameboy Advance and Wonderswan Crystal despite having some awesome games and features such as a clock, calendar and horoscope.
This AIO TFT kit is awesome in that it doesn’t require modification to the shell, making this mod is completely reversible. This is great news since the NGPC is much less common than a Game Boy Color and are more expensive as well.
