===== FACTS FOR THE VIDEO =====

And with this topic being noted in this video, I have brought to your attention an official video on the fact that modding, despite being told about numerous experiences through my Modders Caught Series, has made an official return to GTA V on the Expanded and Enhanced port of the game. Even though the menu brought up would simply allow modding in singleplayer, imagine the consequences to follow if one were to beg for mods on multiplayer, and who would be the first menu to confirm usage on GTA Online Expanded & Enhanced.

Obviously as per usual, Rockstar and Take-Two have yet to disclose any information about this, most likely to avoid providing strong evidence leading to self incrimination that they allow modding to continue in GTA Online, in the hopes they could take a share of the developers' profits.
