Modern Effects on Old Games
Had these sitting on my HDD for a long time, and after re-installing and restoring all my backup data, I finally decided to post these. Had to wrangle X264VFW because I guess FFDShow doesn't encode H.264 anymore?
The games were chosen because I needed games with locked framerates. Most PC games have variable framerates that change based on a game's performance, but I needed games that would run at 60fps locked, so these three games were used because they had that ability. Most developers don't use locked framerates these days.
