Minor deco update mostly just to polish stuff up. I reverified it on PC because beating this on mobile again sounds like hell (and it took me 1 attempt lmao)

Changelog:
reduced intensity of some camera effects
offset the camera a bit for readability
extended some structuring that got cut off
added new area move effects to the middle and end of the level
added a background to the memory section
