On an alien world, you control creatures that grow, detach, and reattach at will where these modular units are also your base. Moduwar is a weird and new kind of RTS and I wasn't fully convinced that it would make a good strategy game. Having tried this early demo [review code provided], it's definitely better than I expected as a real-time strategy game. What do you think of this first look?
