Moltres Legendary Arena Very Hard - 9v1 F2P New Missions [Masters EX]
2Today I want to show you how the Legendary Arena Moltres Very Hard missions can be done 9v1 with a F2P team. For the first team I used Aegislash to tank with King's shield while I was just damaging with Aurorus and Clawitzer. The team is slow anyway so just do as much as you can while flinching and using Clawitzer sync nuke. This team is mostly just to take out the themes quite easily. Aegislash does Elite Four and Kalos, Aurorus does Kalos and Rock and Clawitzer does Elite Four and Kalos themes.
For my second team I went with Probopass to buff speed, defense and special defense plus using wide guard when needed for heat wave which is usually best to use on the second health bar if you get that far. I used Palossand to put up Sandstorm so Moltres didn't get any buffs under sun as mentioned and she is great for flinching as much as possible. For my striker I went with Tyranitar since it can debuff Moltres speed and try to get off some flinches and sync nuke with guaranteed crit from it's trainer move. Probopass will give you Rock, Palossand does Elite four and Tyranitar does the rock theme.
With all the themes done the third team is here to just finish off Moltres as easily as possible. I used Mismagius as my tank since he can buff both defenses +4 and can flinch 60% of the time which is very helpful on this fight as Moltres can be annoying. I used Pelipper as my support for Empoleon as she can put up rain to stop Moltres sun and it buffs Empoleon water damage. Her flinch is also very useful here too with Air Slash doing 60% flinch chance. You do want to sync with Pelipper to get a third rain up to stop the sun as moltres does it a lot.
As for Empoleon it's just there to sync nuke the second bar which is weak to water and to take out the third health bar. He can also slow too and can buff his own crit and special attack to +3 which is more than enough for this fight.
This Moltres fight is pretty simple as long as you remember to bring weather and flinch to your teams. Also a lot of grids I used aren't needed or minimal is required and the EX so you can do it with less.
