0Monaco Grand Prix Racing Simulation 2 by Ubi Soft, 1998.
The sequel to F1 Racing Simulation lost the official F1 license. Note: I disabled the sun lens flare/video screens, as they slowed the game/dgVoodoo2 wrapper to a complete crawl.
1. Race Start (Monza): 0:00 This game allows higher resolution than the original, and likes to wheelspin!
2. Spray Effects (Silverstone): 0:39 Spray is the same as the previous game in the series, if anything it's more white now.
3. Tunnel & View (Monaco): 0:54 Again, not a huge difference here, compared to the original game.
4. Wet Track (Spa-Francorchamps): 1:12 The wet weather is barely changed from the original game, but it's extremely slippery!
5. Pitstop (Interlagos): 1:34 Pitstops play out much as they did in F1 Racing Simulation, that is, the team fix your damage THEN change tyres, etc!
6. Huge Crash (Montreal): 1:57 Crashes are fairly similar to the original game, but you can now lose wheels from the rim (not sure that was possible in the original). And yes, there doesn't seem to be any sound when watching a replay :-/
