How are you feeling today? 💜

Even though I’m generally a very positive person, there are moments that I feel anxious and stressed, which I know is natural when the world feels out of control.  🌎
 
How about you?

We can’t necessarily change what’s happening, but we can change our perspective and mindset. 🧠

One of the tools we can use to do this is to take some deep breaths and bring ourselves back to the present moment as opposed to the past or future. ⌛️
