This beautifully dreamy ballad was written in 1970 and belongs to some of the most recognised Spring tunes of Vietnamese music. "Spring" in Vietnamese music usually refers to the time of Lunar New Year or Tet.
Any classic Xuân (meaning "Spring") playlist of Vietnamese music must include this song.
The lyric is actually quite sad, written about a guy who always feeling nostalgically sad as he always remember his lover and can only meet her in his dream. Spring is also the time of romance, and even an afternoon breeze can make him reminiscing the time with his lover.
The song is originally written in Tango tempo, but I think for the meaning, a tottering ballad like this suits it better.
