Not the first or fastest True Any% run, but one that I am gonna use to kick off the category officially on the SRC board. S/O to LeoLitz for the original run.

This category is basically a "normal glitched%" run, but you are not allowed to set your .c99 file before the run. So we go ahead and run Lite mode to set it, then used the glitch to warp to the end midway through the regular any% run.
