A pretty damn good game. Monolith combines shmup bullet hell gameplay with roguelike (Isaac-like) room and level generation and roguelite-style purchasable upgrades.

I'm not sure why they made the game run in a small screen, though - and I wished I knew where my hitbox was, because I had trouble figuring out where I should position myself to dodge the more bullet hell-esque bits.
