It's been a full year since I last touched this game. Now I remember why I enjoyed this more than Rise. Despite the monsters that appeared in Rise, I really just like the locales better in World and there's just monsters I like more than the ones in Rise. Sure you have Crimson Glow Valstrax, Chameleos, Lucent Nargacuga, and Mizutsune in Rise, but I just like being able to fight things like Glavenous and Fatalis.

I think what really does it for me in World is that I enjoyed clutch claw Lance more than the Wirebug thing. Palicos are also just more versatile.
