After getting every Bronze Medals in a Training Ground, you'll unlock a Monster Enhancement to help you scare the nerves. But before you can move on to the next Training Grounds, you'll have to race Randall before you can move on to the next Training Grounds.

The races in this game are called Pursuits and this one is called Urban Pursuit. (Though the PS2 version can't decide to call it Urban Pursuit or Street Race). You have to collect a certain amount of Monster Tokens and come in first place to win the race. You have to collect 75 Monster Tokens to win the race.

The Controls for the Slides feel much worse in this version, and I swear trying to jump on to a next slide is straight up luck based. Also, this level to dark in the PS2 version.
