You can get stuck with the Bhagra in some of the vents in the second area (Cryonics?) if you jump of the ceilings.
If to far inside those vents you basically "Softlock" the game as the Monster since you can no longer escape there.
And the Bhagra's arm does a weird spin if too close to the roof too.

AVS Video Editor messed up with this video. (Seems older versions run better of that now even more broken program)
That's why there is no audio after a few seconds.
I'm sure a few other Monstrum 2 videos are affected by that too.
