This was actually prevented by the developer because i and some players went there waaay before you should go there (what can be annoying since the monster needs to find you and it makes rounds extra long).
Now we have this weird looking pipe and they were thinking you can no longer access this place as a Prisoner.

Even with this route blocked we can still access this place early but it is a lot harder and more dangerous to do that.
