Lap time in the video is a 1:40.071 (BMW M4 GT3) using the default LMU setup with low fuel and the following in-car adjustments:
Brake bias: 47.5% (Bias more towards the rear)
ABS: 8
TC1: 4
TC2: 2
TC3 7
