This is Moon Cresta on the Commodore 64 home computer system, and this port does a rock-solid job at staying as faithful to the 1980 Nichibutsu arcade classic as possible. It is not a perfect port (due to the fact that there are some cheap hits, even on those ULTRA-FAST meteors when you first play!), but a rather solid game in its own right nonetheless, not to mention quite challenging and a lot of fun with the extra firepower that you get when docking your ships successfully with pin-point accuracy, as you will see in my original play of this port right here!! ;)

For the c64 version, the opening copyright notice says "Game Copyright 1985 A.P.Taglione, P.M.Taglione, and T.A.Walter. All Rights Reserved", but they COULD have added "Original Arcade Game: (c) 1980 Nihon Bussan Co.,Ltd." since the arcade original was first created by Nichibutsu, originally!!
