In this Episode the rebellion is in full swing, people on both sides have died "the majority seems to be the inexperienced miners" and places have exploded, this has turned into a war considering that both sides have taken up arms and started killing, should the Faction win there would be improvements to human rights in the mines "even though this problem would probably rise again in some form decades later", should Ultor Win the problem would be swept under the rug.
