During the Xbox Activision deal hearing with the FTC there were PlayStation leaks that I think point to more timed exclusives. Those who wanted the FTC vs Microsoft live streams had to accept transcripts. The FTC Xbox lawsuit now waits for the judge's decision, but the PlayStation documents that weren't properly redacted showed huge budgets for Horizon Forbidden West and The Last of Us Part 2.

The recent Xbox news showed Microsoft had vertical foreclosure strategies modeled. We covered the FTC closing arguments that looked a lot at Call of Duty along with Jim Ryan statements. The Xbox Activision Blizzard deal may not happen and those who want the Microsoft Activision Blizzard deal to close have to wait a bit longer.
