4Mages Guild. I passed Nevrasa Dralor by the Fields of Kummu, who I last saw back in episode 9. I finally made my way back to Punabi and talked to Manwe [4:50]. She refused to pay. I explored the caves there and found a full set of alchemical equipment [10:05]. Unfortunately it was really heavy, so I had to drop a lot of stuff. I started walking back to Balmora. I contracted Witbane from a diseased rat [16:55] but fortunately I had a potion to cure it. I discovered I was running low on arrows. I returned to Ranis Athrys at the Balmora Mages Guild with the news that Manwe refused to pay, but Ranis remained obstinate that I should collect the dues. The trip was entirely wasted. (Edited.)
