quad modded in my terms means used a lot of mods in a game. To prove my point i used a mod called better heads(high detailed heads and hair for npc's) and guild wars music pack for morrowind and mge(morrowind graphics extender) 8.2(the latest) and a mod called MW visual pack v.2.11

who doesnt say that morrowind can be compatible with oblivion type graphics and it rocked.
