Well, the journey that began all the way back in August of 2021 has finally come to an end. Mortal Kombat Deception's Story Mode is a long, arduous spectacle that tests the very fabric of your patience. I loved this mode back in the day, we all revere it even now in 2023, begging NetherRealm Studios to one day return to this form of storytelling... But man oh man would the formula need some updates. In theory, Konquest Mode is still unreal. In practice? There's more fat than meat on these bones. Let's round this thing out!
