Visited my old pal Black Beanling before this with an Enemy Bufferizer from the Chimera Lab as soon as I got Duster back, got my team around levels 37-39. Also wow the two Pigmask Majors with the Frightbot were harder than this.
Got the whole squad assembled, it's debuffing time once more. Lucas can sit back and also buff with Shield Omega, Defense Up Omega and Offense Up Omega, if you have the lattermost. It's alright if you don't though.
He can fire beams or throw bombs though, which not only ignore buffs and debuffs, but deal massive damage to 3 or all party members respectively. He can also emit a dazzling light to blind someone, or an intense light as a chance to OHKO someone instantly. Better hope it's not Lucas, otherwise you'll need to have some Cups of Lifenoodles or Secret Herbs on standby.
He can also heal around 580 HP every now and then, but that's not terribly much if you apply defense debuffs and offense buffs, and use Thunder since he has a Fire and Freeze resistance. He can also waste his turn.
