*WARNING* Watch the entire video guide before preforming any of the following tasks because there is info near the end of each video that tells how to get out of trouble if something happens.

If When Starting this guide you have never installed CWM for Froyo then you don't need to read on unless you have issues flashing the new one!!, if you HAVE then you NEED to download "Root Explorer" from the android market.
Open it and scroll down to "system", select it, then scroll down to "etc", then scroll down to "install-recovery.sh" select and hold until the options open and select "delete".
It may say "the file is read only" so we need to change it to read and write. Do this by pressing the r/w button at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Then press and hold "install-recovery.sh" until options pop up and select "permissions" then check every box then select OK. Now re-select "install-recovery.sh" again and select delete and it should delete file.
This is so that you don't have any conflicts with the stock android recovery and the old CWM recovery!!
