1) Update the Google Drive app to the latest version
2) Or you can go to https://www.drive.google.com
3) Log in to your Google account
4) Select the file you want to transfer
5) Tap on the plus icon
6) Tap on the Share button
7) Enter the email address to the account you want to share
8) This way, you can move files from one account to another.
