1) Open the Google Photos app
2) Tap on Sharing at the bottom right
3) You can create an album if you want
4) Tap on the Share With Partner button
5) Tap on Get Started
6) Enter the email address to the account you want to share
7) This way, you can move or transfer your Google photos to another account.
