The time has come for the 5th 3D Community Challenge! Through the month of August i'm challenging all 3D artists, regardless of skill level or age, to choose 1 of 27 unique martial arts animations provided, and create the coolest 3D scene around the downloadable template project.

The tai chi moves were recorded with tai chi master Lu Junchang known for his work on Shang Chi, and Man of Tai Chi (to name a few), using a Rokoko motion capture suit and smart gloves.

The deadline is August 28th 11:59 AM PST, and soon after, i'll combine all the renders to form the greatest Martial Arts Mega-Montage the internet has ever laid eyes on. So gear up and get ready to learn and grow together through the month of August. I'll be alongside you every Saturday as I create my personal submission in Unreal Engine 5.
