Mr. Driller Drill Land, Japanese: ミスタードリラードリルランド, Hepburn: Misutā Dorirā Doriru Rando (The Switch/Windows version is titled Mr. Driller Encore, Japanese: ミスタードリラーアンコール in Japan) is a 2002 puzzle video game developed and published in Japan by Namco for the GameCube. It is the fifth entry in the Mr. Driller video game series, and the second developed for a Nintendo platform following Mr. Driller A. Controlling one of seven characters, the player must make it to the bottom of each stage by destroying colored blocks, which can connect to each other and form chain reactions. The game is divided into five different modes themed as amusement park attractions, which feature new mechanics such as enemies, items and different block types.

Development of the game was by Project Driller, the internal development group behind the series. The soundtrack was composed by Go Shiina and was the last Mr. Driller title he worked on. A prototype game featuring four-person multiplayer was shown off at a Nintendo press conference, titled Shin Mr. Driller, and intended for a fall 2002 release in Japan. It was later delayed to winter of that year after being shown at the 2002 Tokyo Game Show, where it was given its final title of Drill Land. The game features support for the GameCube - Game Boy Advance link cable, allowing the player to import their "Pacteria" pets from Mr. Driller A into the game.

Mr. Driller Drill Land was met with a positive response from critics, who applauded the game's overall presentation, amount of content, multiplayer and graphics, some calling it one of the best Mr. Driller games and one of the best puzzle games for the GameCube. It was followed by Mr. Driller Drill Spirits for the Nintendo DS in 2004. A high-definition remaster for the Nintendo Switch and Windows was released internationally on June 25, 2020. Versions for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, were released on November 4, 2021.

『ミスタードリラー』 (Mr. Driller) は、ナムコ（現バンダイナムコエンターテインメント）が開発・発売したアクションパズルゲーム。

主人公のホリ・ススム（2以降はプレイヤーキャラクターが追加）を操り、色分けされたブロックで構成された地面をひたすら掘っていき、地下のゴールを目指すというルール。パズル的要素があり、同色のブロックはくっつき(落ち切ってからだけではなく、空中でも縦横で接触すればその時点でくっつく)、4個以上くっつくと消滅する（主人公が到達する前から4個以上くっついていたものはそのままでは消えず、新たに同色のブロックがくっつくか、一段でも落下して着地すると消滅する）。消滅したブロックの上にある他色のブロックは落下する。

ブロックが主人公の頭上で消えずに落ちてくると押し潰されてミスになる（1回のみ耐えられるキャラクターもいる）。そのため、プレイヤーは常に頭上のブロックの接合状況を把握しながら掘り進まなければならない。また、エア（酸素）という時間制限があり、時間と共にエアの量が減っていく。またブロックの中には壊してしまうとエアが急激に減少してしまう×ブロックが存在し、まっすぐ下に掘り続けることは困難であり、迂回しなければならない場合もある。途中でエアカプセルを取って補給をしていかないと酸欠でミスになる。エアの減りは、深く掘り進むにつれて速くなっていく。また、エアカプセルの周りには一つ以上の×ブロックが存在し、深い位置ではエアカプセルの四方全てを×ブロックに囲まれていることも多い。

ブロックの並びは横9列が基本だが、一部機種（ゲームボーイカラー、初期の携帯アプリ）や初級者向けステージは横7列、一部作品の上級者向けステージは横15列にブロックが並ぶ。

1999年当時減少しつつあったアーケードパズルゲームの中で久々ともいえるヒット商品となり、雑誌『月刊アルカディア』で第一回アルカディア大賞を受賞している。また、同誌にて開発スタッフが、「企画、構想は以前から存在していたが、大量のブロックが落下することで処理落ちなどの問題が発生するため、ハード性能の面で実用化できなかった」とコメントしており、「シンプルだけどハイテクのゲーム」と述べている。画面上部にスクロールアウトし表示されなくなったブロックも処理している（PlayStation版など一部機種では処理していないものもある）ため、（連鎖消しの結果）忘れた頃に上から落ちてくるブロックもある。

一般には正式タイトルである『ミスタードリラー』ではなく、単に『ドリラー』と呼称されることが多いが、逆に『月刊アルカディア』では『ミスド』と略していた。
